A friend told me about this and I admit I was skeptical. However, this tray works just as described. My frozen meats thaw more quickly than leaving them in the fridge or out on the counter. It allows me to switch to a different meal option much more quickly. Cleans up easily as well. Glad I took a chance on this!
Thought this was a product that would be going back as bogus. To my surprise, it now only works but does so efficiently and quickly. Did an ice test at first one on this and one on a plate. Well, this melted the ice in seconds the plate not at all.
I already have one of these and have used it for a number of years. I told my Step-daughter about it and she wanted one. So I bought this one for her and now she wonders how she could have gone so long with out it.
I was curious to see if this tray could really do what it claimed. And it did! 3/4" high petite sirloin 4 oz steak from rock-solid to totally defrosted in under 30 minutes. Amazing! I removed the foil and wax paper from my frozen steak and put it directly on the tray. Within 10 minutes you could see the bottom was defrosted. This is an amazing solution to last-minute "What am I making for dinner?" problems. Easy to clean up. I am so happy with this tray I am telling all my friends about it!
I was very wary of this would work but after reading some reviews I figured I’d give a try. I have a lot of frozen meats and can never defrost them in time during my lunch hour. Gave it a try today. I placed a frozen wrapped steak on the tray, and it was completely defrosted in an hour or so. It would have easily taken me 5+ hours to defrost that. I’ve left steaks in my sink before and going back to work at 12 coming back at 4 it would still be frozen on the inside. I haven’t used it with multiple items on the tray yet, but so far it’s working very well. Big thumbs up!!
